Looks like this is a Locale issue. The request returns the true result with
"03.12.2002" or "2002.12.03" values. However, does not work with
"2002-12-03". My Locale setting in PostgreSQL is Turkish_Turkey.1254. Tried
to change the DateStyle variable but it did not help. Any ideas?
