I agree that while using random order to help enforce no assumptions about
execution order would be great, in the end it would be too much overhead.
So +1 on the fixed order approach.
Regarding the security tests i agree they are quite
complicated, unfortunately they are also among the most costly tests to run
and I fear moving large chunks of them back to repeated test setup moves us
back toward slower build times which we all worked so hard in Vienna to
improve.
Perhaps Christian can help out and spend some time updating the
before/after hooks to work with the new execution order?
