Hum... I've just downloaded and installed jre 1.6.0_41 and jre 1.7.0_17 for
Linux 64 bit, but I cannot reproduce
that error on neither of them.
And indeed they both contain the incriminated file:

Maybe this is platform specific? Windows maybe?
