For me, the style doesn't seem to be created at all.

Yes, I can confirm there is a bug with the create style tool. I wasn't aware
of it until just now. The behavior that I'm seeing is that the style is
created but the 'create style' tool is not dismissed.

2.3.1 (and fresh data_dir).
