What I have tried to do is generate a white boarder around it by having to <PointSymbolizer>s in one <Rule>, where the white airplane symbol (ExternalGraphic) is resized. As you can see, this result is not good since it does not generate an even white boarder around the symbol. Is there anyway in SLD to do this? Do you have any other suggestions?
