This release is feature complete for FOSS4G and contains significant new
features:
The KML module has been replaced, resulting in faster (and schema compliant)
KML output.
Raster Band configuration
Joining behaviour is now the default for Application Schema
New community modules for WMS Earth Observation, libjpeg turbo
The CSS module, INSPIRE module and XSLT module have graduated to extension
status
API changes have been introduced for the NetCDF and Image Mosaic modules
