I tried several wps processes that return a geojson. The geometry is in
the same projection than the input data (could be other than 4326), but
the information on projection is not in the geojson so the client
application doesn't know it.
Here is what I read about it

Should this information be added in the geojson by the process when epsg
is not the default?
