Yes, this has been replaced with the Parameter Filter editor. Create a
regular expression parameter filter for the TIME parameter, and set the
regexp to ".*" (not including quotes) and you'll have the same result as
you would have by selecting the old check box. Now you can be more
specific though by specifying your own regexp, or providing a list of
specific values, and you can create filters for any parameters you want,
not just TIME, ELEVATION, and STYLE.
