In WFS query I can write something like:
*<PropertyIsEqualTo matchCase="false">
<PropertyName>state</PropertyName> <Literal>nsw</Literal>
</PropertyIsEqualTo> *
How do I say exactly the same in CQL? State='nsw' is not the same, we are
missing matchCase=”false” and ILIKE is not a solution eather – it will
behave differently with floating numbers.
