Hi Christian, when I create group and user in the default usergroup service and assign a role from the default role service, it works fine. When user and group is defined in JDBC and the role is assigned in roles.xml, it fails.
I should note, that the JDBC usergroup service is based on views, not tables, so they are read-only. The roles are assigned by editting the roles.xml.
