I used the Geoserver OpenLayers previewer to view some of my 16-bit Geotiff landsat imagery I downloaded from USGS site. When I set the previewer tiling option to "Single tile", the image looked fine. However, when I set it to "Tiled", the image tiles color are not consisten. Is it a bug or there is something wrong with the data? Please see the attached screenshot for details. Let me know if you need the sample image. In fact the image is the one I uploaded to Google Drive for Nicola to debug the "ClassCastException" problem I posted earlier.
