I guess we can commit
Russian<https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/geoserver_stable/language/ru/>as
well (few strings aren't translated yet in some community, extension,
and ldap module(s). IMHO its worth to get it into 2.5 that brings
everybody in the position to review and give feedback ..
I'll give an update once we got it into 2.5.x branch ..
