LayerFeatureConstraints is, as far as I know, supported only if you are
using GeoServer as a feature portrayal service, providing a link to a
remote WFS
in the request. NamedStyle and UserStyle should be supposed if you are
providing a full SLD in the request (but mind that library mode can be
tricky).
That said, with the above I'm referring to SLD 1.0, I have no idea if the
SLD 1.1 can even parse those elements honestly.
