Hi Mark,
When you say mobile, what devices are you targeting? Does it need to be an
app, or can it be browser hosted like OpenLayers? OpenLayers works pretty
well on iOS and Android.
Here is one possibility for the desktop, maybe mobile, I'm sure there are
many others.
