Your log shows geoserver having a hard time, unable to load:
* geoserver
* dispatcher
* workspaceLocal
One thing to do is temporarily move your data directory out of the way and
confirm GeoServer starts up with the default set of layers. This will
ensure your installation works, prior to recovering your layers.
You can also look at editing your data directory, disabling each store in
the hopes of getting it to start up (and then turning them on one by one to
determine where the problem is).
Sounds like you are in for a difficult week.
