Hi List,
I'm interested in using the GetMap Time support in GeoServer. However my
data isn't stuff that happens once at a fixed time/date but is instead
something that lasts for a while.

So for example I my data has a *Start Date* and an *End Date*.

Is there any way to use GeoServer's Time support with this? As best I can
tell GeoServer expects things to happen at a fixed discrete time which is
stored in a single column in DATE format. But I have two times, one the
start and one the end.

I can get the data using a SQL View easily enough, but the application I'm
trying to wire into GeoServer is using the GetMap TIME parameter instead.
Is this possible?

Thanks,
Jonathan
