Hi Ricardo,
This question is probably best directed at whatever ESRI support method
you're using as the issue seems to be one of configuring ArcGIS Viewer.
Hopefully they'll be able to tell you what format of URL the viewer
requires. It will likely be some variation of:
http://example.com/gs/wms?service=wms&version=1.1.1&request=GetCapabilities
http://example.com/gs/wms
etc.
That's what: https://geonet.esri.com/thread/43732 suggests anyway.
