Valentina,
GeoServer WFS JSON output format does not yet support complex features.
Note that, because app-schema types are defined in terms of XML Schemas,
mapping from XML to a JSON information model is not standardised.
Have you tried using WMS for OpenLayers integration? app-schema works
with WMS.
