Valentina,
please check that the copy of eco_ermas.xsd in your app-schema-cache is
not corrupted. It almost looks as if it has *two* XML declarations
("<?xml ..."). The online schema appears valid. It has:
$ md5sum eco_ermas.xsd
4ecf517b26a8c93ab1ebf243cc2c36af eco_ermas.xsd
