Thanks for your kind explaination.
Yes. I am using integrated GWC seeding/truncting tool.
Right now, the tool works fine if I don't provide coordinates of bounding
box for specific area.
However, when I provided a non-default bounding box, the response webpage
only shows a number of "13" or "14".
