Hi. Is it possible to upload a layer to a workspace if the user does not have admin permissions?
This thread [1] said that is not possible and i made a couple of tests with the rest interface and it seems that be admin is a must But maybe there is some workaround. For example, i'm thinking in give it admin permission in the ws only via rest and disallow login in the web interface but i don't know if this possible... The other option i'm thinking is setup a wps importer process to allow upload layers without give the user permission to configure new datastores and so on in the workspace. Any advice will be really appreciated.
