Hi Boris, Assuming you're using WMS, the output is just an image. Save it in the way you would any other image from the internet. Right click on it and "Save image" or similar (depending on your web-browser).
If it's a TMS/WMTS you'll have lots of tiles to save instead. Best to stick with WMS.
