Dear Ruediger,
from your packages installation list it seems to me that you have only
installed the MrSID and ECW plugins but you didn't install the GDAL core
library.
Note that MrSID and ECW msi installers simply add 2 drivers to the main
GDAL installation.
Quoting from GISInternals (I think you downloaded libs from there)
*gdal-19-1600-x64-ecw.msi Installer for the GDAL ECW plugin (must be
installed to the same directory as the GDAL
core)gdal-19-1600-x64-mrsid.msi Installer for the GDAL MrSID plugin
(must be installed to the same directory as the GDAL core)*
Therefore, you need to install the GDAL core binaries too.
