Hi Users,
I am running into an Error: "Connection test failed: Connection time out:
connect" while creating a store in the Geoserver 2.4.0 Administration
interface.
What could be the reason for the same? It is an authenticated WMS service.
I am able to open the capabilities file independently in the browser, but
not sure why not able to add this via Geoserver 2.4.0.
The same capabilities file worked perfectly on a different server with the
same Geoserver 2.4.0 version.
Please advice...
