Hi, that's because you defined a namespace with prefix *elf_addr* and URI *http://www.locationframework.eu/schemas/Addresses/0.1 <http://www.locationframework.eu/schemas/Addresses/0.1>*, so when asking for feature type *elf_addr:Address*, you're actually asking for *{http://www.locationframework.eu/schemas/Addresses/0.1}:Address <http://www.locationframework.eu/schemas/Addresses/0.1}:Address>*, which does not exist in your schema.
You should change the namespace URI in both *namespace.xml* and *datastore.xml* to *urn:x-inspire:specification:gmlas:Addresses:**3.0*. Hope this helps.
