Hi, Did you test what I asked you to test a few days ago:
1) Install GeoServer 2.8.0 and the Oracle plugin (+ a fresh ojdbc driver) by using the default demo data_dir instead of your existing one and check if the demo layers work for you 2) If step 1 was a success, make a new Oracle store and a new layer and test if it works. My manager really doesn't like having to support yet another server platform, if Tomcat is what I need to get Geoserver 2.8.0 to run properly. I still don't have a working setup. What kind of log files or other reports can I submit, and where, to give you what you need to get Geoserver 2.8.0 to work with Weblogic 10.3.6? Is Tomcat really necessary to get up and running with version 2.8.0? Who has some real life experience in this field? Thanks in advance, Jacob Madsen
