Hi Cèsar,
note that this is not an article but the documentation of a specific
GeoServer community module.
GeoServer community modules are additional "plugins" which can be added to
the standard GeoServer to support more functionalities.
So you will require that community module (basically a jar) on your
GeoServer WEB-INF/lib's folder to have it working.
That being said, I have noticed that the pgraster isn't produced anymore as
a community module zip.
I will open a JIRA and take a look to the release XMLs to fix it.
