Hi All,I figured out the extension itself was opening up a GridCoverage2DReader
to get the data. There seems to be the problem. It seems to be returning all
nodatafound results which in turn get converted to 0's by WWJ which seems
reasonable. So next I need to verify the values for the layerinfo that are
passed to it then find out why the reader returns no valid data although the
geotiff looks fine to me.

 Hi,
Does anyone know how the bil extension gets the image? In the overridden method
formatImageOutputStream there is RenderedImage and WMSMapContent variables and
I was wondering if GeoServer is providing the image image into the extension
somehow.
Thanks,-Tony

 Hi All,
Does anyone know why geoserver would send out a value of "0" for the bil
response? I can view the grotiffelevation data just fine in QGIS and uDig. Yet
the bil files served up only show a value of in value of zero. No exceptions
are thrown by the bil dds/bil extension.

Any ideas appreciated.-Tony
