Thanks for your fast replys.
I got the possibility to do the GetFeature and a PostGIS intersection
check with with the bbox2 and all the features from the GetFeature call
before the response get's back to the client.
I think this should be faster than an intersection filter.
What do you think?

You have two quick choices:
* Use an explicit intersection filter (making a XML POST request)
instead of a BBOX one
* Go to the store configuration and disable the "loose bbox" checkbox.
Mind, this will also make all WMS requests slower, and full
intersection tests
will be used there too
A not so quick choice is to change the implementations so that WFS
uses a strick bbox implementation for accuracy, but WMS a loose
one for speed. This would require writing code, there is a guide to
