Hi, I use the geoserver REST API to automatically create layers from my application. My layer data is stored in an oracle database, so I use the ImageMosaicJDBC plugin for data access.
To create a new ImageMosaicJDBC -raster layer I need to add a new datastore on geoserver, where I have to specify the path of the xml-configuration-file (e.g. file: data\...\layer.xml, where the database connection, table, etc. are defined). Is there a way to create that xml-file with the geoserver REST API? Otherwise I have to upload somehow a xml file to the webserver, but it would be nice if there is a more elegant way using the REST API to pass the content of the xml-configuration-file? Thanks. -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Create-ImageMosaicJDBC-raster-layer-via-geoserver-API-tp5251025.html Sent from the GeoServer - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Site24x7 APM Insight: Get Deep Visibility into Application Performance APM + Mobile APM + RUM: Monitor 3 App instances at just $35/Month Monitor end-to-end web transactions and take corrective actions now Troubleshoot faster and improve end-user experience.
