Hi David,
community modules are not officially supported, they are there for you to
try out but
there is no-one officially backing them.
The wps-mbtiles module has been written by a developer that is no more
around,
I believe we can still work on it but some other dev would need to take
enough time
to learn how the module works before supporting it.
If no one else pops up I'd go look for a commercial support provider that
might look into it.
