We have a stable setup running Geoserver 2.5 and PostGIS 9.2/2.0. The issue we have is when we delete all rows from a PostGIS table that is used as a layer (JDBC store), that layer never returns any features again from an intersection filter once new rows are added, unless we use the Geoserver admin page to "Reload feature type" function for that layer. I've manually entered the full bounds for the layer in the layer edit page, but it still won't work until I click the "reload feature type" link. Somehow deleting all rows from the PostGIS table seems to mess things up.
Granted we are on an older version of GeoServer, so I wanted to see if this is a known issue that has been resolved in more current versions, or if this is a PostGIS issue of some kind ? Thanks. -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Deleting-all-PostGIS-rows-and-reload-feature-type-requirement-tp5258345.html Sent from the GeoServer - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Transform Data into Opportunity.
