Hi:
In Geoserver 2.8.1, using printing plugin, pdf generation fails when a
included layer is not visible at selected scale.
This does not occur on Geoserver2.5.x.
Here is a workaround https://github.com/georchestra/georchestra/issues/362
Let me know if i'm doing something wrong or if it really is a bug.
