Hi Piotr,
I don't think you can use regexes with those two, but you can use
strMatches, see here the reference:
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/filter/function_reference.html
Mind one thing, these filter functions are not sent down to the database,
they will be evaluated as the data is streamed up in memory (just so you
know, in case you expected otherwise).
