Sorry, my fault. The EPSG I used is 4258
http://www.spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/4258/.
I know that my BBOX is a bit larger but it is not a problem for wind
products in geoserver 2.7.1. The error comes out only in geoserver 2.8.4.
