Hi All, I found a little problem using rules on layers and webcache. Environment: - bundle geoserver 2.9.0 - tomcat 8 - openjdk8
Step to reproduce: - add rule tiger.*.r=ADMIN,GROUP_ADMIN - try to create cache using http://myhost/geoserver/gwc/rest/seed/tiger:poly_landmarks On log I got: 27 Jun 16:01:36 ERROR [geoserver.ows] org.geoserver.platform.ServiceException: Could not find layer tiger:poly_landmarks at org.geoserver.wms.map.GetMapKvpRequestReader.parseLayers(GetMapKvpRequestReader.java:1340) at org.geoserver.wms.map.GetMapKvpRequestReader.read(GetMapKvpRequestReader.java:239) at org.geoserver.wms.map.GetMapKvpRequestReader.read(GetMapKvpRequestReader.java:84) [...] This means the cache is buildable only for public layers or there's a way to configure gwc to cache protected layers?
