Jorge, app-schema should now work without feature chaining as well (for example, your original denormalised table). While feature chaining worked, this defect was a serious problem for mapping reference-only properties, that is, those properties that had no nested type and required an xlink:href only, so could not be used with feature chaining. Now both options are supported.
