Not there, but you could write a PropertyCollector reading the exif tags and the like, so that they are added to the index, and then indeed publish the index via WFS. If it's a mosaic that's the way to go, if we are talking single images it seems a bit complicated, but still, there are no other ways, exposing other types of coverage properties would be possible, but also quite a bit of work (read them in the reader, store them in the coverage, change featureinfo to look for these extra attributes)
