The UI is so bad that reading the WKT you pointed at is actually easier than finding information in the equivalent web page, which I cannot even link to btw, so if people want to check for themselves, they'll have to go to http://epsg-registry.org/ and search by code for 32661. epsg.io however fails to report properly the axis orders in the WKT, I was actually tempted to see if I can make a pull request at https://github.com/klokantech/epsg.io to fix that (I'm a noob at python, so that's probably above my abilities...). epsg-registry.org instead is closed source, so no much we can do to make it better... spatialreference.org is even easier to use than epsg.io btw, too bad it's based on the postgis database, which has everything forced to east/north, so not very useful, and besides, is pretty outdated (last update 2013).
