Brad, when I load the A.TOC into GeoServer it takes FOREVER to load a map, if ever. I try to cache and it wont even cache until it loads. So I did some digging and saw that Andrea Aime said something in this post (http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/Support-for-RPF-data-td3802620.html) about it being slow. once I either convert to geotiff or use the data inside the rpf/data folder, they load almost instantly.
