Hi Kamil,
GeoServer never caches data in memory. Tiling allows to cache the results
because the requests are very predictable (there
is a finite number of valid requests), protocols like WMS and WFS instead
do not allow for easy caching as the request can be complex and
unpredictable.
GeoServer does not offer ways to cache those results, but in case you know
the WFS requests you are getting are very predictable,
reasonably small in size, and have ways to clear the cache if output
changes, then you can use whatever reverse caching proxy
and cache all outputs in there, e.g., squid, varnish
