Hi Alberto, yes and no... "Yes", you can write your own java class to add a custom CRS provider with an associated custom authority (but there is no way to just configure one without writing code). However, also "No", just doing that will likely not work, to date there are places spread out in the codebase that just assume EPSG is the one and only authority and will break, or switch the authority to EPSG, if they end up hitting a different one.
I don't think there are all that many, but one would have to make a thorough search through the codebase and fix those before trying to add your own.
