Hi David,
once the ImageMosaic has been configured, the indexer.properties isn't
checked anymore.
Therefore I would suggest to try again re-configuring the ImageMosaic with
these new params.
Note that you will need to remove the sample_image, the
SENTINEL2.properties (the automatically generated file, containing mosaic
properties) and shapefile if around, before reconfiguring it.
