You're right, that's what I want to do. My problem is that I use another CRS 
(etrs89) than OSM CRS so I have to figure out how to match that.

If I understood your use case correctly, you want to generate the tiles once 
and put them in a folder following the XYZ format and then use them with 
openlayers:

new ol.layer.Tile({
         source: new ol.source.XYZ({
         url: "pathToYourFolderThatWasCreated/{z}/{x}/{y}.png"
     })
})

Since the cache is generated once or only a few times, you could generated it 
with the mbtiles plugin and convert it to a XYZ structure using this tool:

Note, I'm not saying this is the way to go or not go, I'm just trying to help 
you reach what I understood to be your goal I may be wrong :)
