Hi there,

I have a couple of 4 bands (R, G, B, NIR) geotifs that I would like to serve
as a WMS service with GeoServer. When loading the tifs localy in QGIS they
are nicely displayed as 4 bands, but when publishing them via GeoServer they
seem to be recognized as single band with QGIS or ArcGIS.

When adding the new layer in the GeoServer interface I can see that the
images have 4 bands (4 lines in the "Coverage Band Details" table. I tried
to change the raster style as well to force the raster to use band 1 for R,
band 2 for G, and band 3 for B. But when adding the layer (via WMS service)
in QGIS it only recognized as a single band image. In the property section
of the layer I am also loosing some information (like histogram, pyramids,
etc.).

There is probably something that I missed, I am quite new to GeoServer, but
I am not sure what to do or how to solve this, is there any way to provide
those 4 bands images via WMS?

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Cheers,
Sam
