Please ignore my message about reproducing the problem Peter-Paul had. As soon
as I copied imageio-ext-gdal-bindings-1.9.2.jar over to web-inf/lib I had a
running geoserver with the expected Raster Data Sources.
I have made multiple mistakes walking from point A to point B and replied
without dotting all my i’s , so to speak.

Is this really the end of the stack trace? It's failing to initialize the class
ArcBinaryGridImageReaderSpi
but does not provide details as to why, I was hoping to find that at the bottom
of the stack trace.
Just to be sure, all plugins are aligned with the GeoServer version, there is
none that comes
from an older version maybe?
