Subject: [Geoserver-users] Generic style appear in menu but does not exist

Hi,

There is a preconfigured "generic" style in the UI menu for configuring layers
but it does not work because there is no "generic.sld" in the data_dir. Should
there be such or is "generic" something that is meant to work as hard coded?
The issue has been there at least two years
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/165196/previewing-layer-on-geoserver-instead-of-downloading-wms-file.
Generic.sld does exist in the test set
