It's hard to say, which "latest" version do you mean? 2.13.x the
development version, 2.12.0 the newest stable or 2.11.3 the one released
this week?
If it's 2.12.0 then I would have expected you to have noticed when you
tested the beta release or the release candidate?
Please let us know a little more about your set up, which DB? what are you
trying to do in the SQL? can you connect to the DB normally in GeoServer?
