Thanks - using Server Status/Resource Cache/Clear did allow the new information to be recognized.  I assume this is the same action as a '/reset' command via the REST API.  On a related note, it would be nice if there was a REST API to trigger a layer to regenerate this boundary data (and perhaps more) from the backing store without having to do a full read, modify, write cycle.
