I am trying to completely remove password authentication from the
administrative console. GeoServer has a lot of nice authentication options
but it appears to me that not all of them will work with the administrative
console. I would like to know if replacing password based authentication
with one of the other supported authentication types for the administrative
console is even possible, or is it that the various authentication methods
are for the OWS/ Rest services only?
